Module Operandi:
- This is the channel for all WixChat staff members.
- All wixchat staff after o-line operup is / os oper
nikb 1234567 should be on the #staff channel for nothing
reason.

- Avoid jokes and racist words

Module Operandi:
- This is the Outbound / Monitoring Staff Monitoring channel during OperUp
as well as monitoring staff using flagship services.
- Only TNT & NMT are allowed to enter this channel
- TNT monitoring area with NMT while staff are on duty
or use flags.
- Channel Operator #Services has the power to kick anyone
entered the channel without permission.
3. #Admin
Module Operandi:
- This is a help channel like Lost Password / Password
TakeOver / MassAds / Klined / Flooding / Security / CService
- All staff are allowed to enter this channel to provide
help or see how senior staff assist users want
asking for help.
- This channel will be monitored by Monitoring In-Charge and assisted
by an appointed Channel Operator.
- The channel must be in + m mode and the user must wait
turn the assist so that the Channel Operator is set / mode #Admin + m
nickname.
- Only one person is allowed to assist a user inside
this channel, then other staff should see which new staff should learn
how Channel Operators help users.
- Any help on this channel is not allowed at all
use profane or professional help words.
- If the staff rank is IRC Operator but they do not have
enough flags, while assisting users in the channel. Staff
it can seek help to the online "staff" or staff
can be "CHATops" / chatops root please help me !! about nickpsswd
or chanpwd.
- After helping the user, the assisting staff should
advise the user to leave the channel, give it 2 minutes
for the user to log out after 2 minutes then the Operator staff

Module Operandi:
- This is a channel for help for all users.
- It doesn't matter who has the knowledge of the command
nickserv / chanserv / operserv can help. If a normal user helps
regular user for more than 2 months, Operator Channel can offer user
to enter the examination for the promotion of staff
Network.
- If a user requests help such as LOST PASSWORD
Nickname / Channel or IP is affected by the channel or Channel Due to Flooding or Existing
advertising server. Must advise the user to
they asked for help on the #Admin channel.
- InCharge #Help make sure the Operator Channel is idle / away please
"DEOP" or InCharge is entitled to the Channel Operator.
- Only InCharge is eligible to add this AOP / VOP / Uop #Help.

- This is a channel for help with malay versions for all users
Malaysia.
- This channel is a platform for Malaysian users who want to be staff
will be sponsored by In-Charge Help Malaysian.
- Malaysian staff is required to enter this channel after Operup, if any
arrested by your In-Charge violates the ethics of HM. InCharge is OK
reporting to TNT or NMT on duty.
- Only malaysia staff in / os listadm can idle in
this channel, users who have requested help can exit the channel.
- Channel operators please "DEOP" when you are idle or away
- Should solve problems for users in a prudent way
and professional.
6. # Help.Thai
Module Operandi: (SuperOperator)
- This is the channel for Thai version help for all users
Thailand.
- This channel is a platform for Thai users who want to be staff
will be sponsored by In-Charge Help Thai.
- Thai staff are required to enter this channel after Operup, if any
arrested by your In-Charge violates the HT etiquette. InCharge is OK
reporting to TNT or NMT on duty.
- Only the Thai staff in / os listadm can idle in
this channel, users who have requested help can exit the channel.
- Channel operators please "DEOP" when you are idle or away
- Should solve problems for users in a prudent way
and professional.
7. #BotHelp
Module Operandi: (SuperOperator)
- This is the channel for applying the bot agent into the channel
requested.
- There must be up to 20 users on the channel before applying for bots.
- The bothelp staff should make sure the channel has the required criteria
such as the channel must be over 5 months from the date of the list and 20 users
must be in the channel.
- Channel operators must be "DEOP" during away / idle.
- If you do not have access like / as chan #channel botname
add, you as the Channel Operator should refer the issue to
InCharge BH.

8. #ConfferanceRoom
Module Operandi: (SuperOperator)
- This is the channel for use of nmt & root
- Channel to collect all NMTs and Roots in one channel
so it's easy to talk about subordinate staff.
- This channel is only available for NMTs and Roots
access only.
- This channel has no limit to DEOP or OPPED when you away / idle.
- Channel operators have the power to kick anyone they have no connection to
is in this channel.
9. #srv
Module Operandi: (SuperOperator)
- This is a server monitoring channel for incoming and outgoing servers.
- Only Services Admin / Csop / Root rank is allowed
channel to make monitoring work more stable.
- Staff should be alert to the presence of the flooder while monitoring
on this channel.
- Channel operators are not allowed to kick monitoring bots inside the channel

10. #Training
Module Operandi: (SuperOperator)
- This is the channel for the training staff as well as the venue
